NH Supreme Court: Parental Alienation Inimical to Child’s Best Interests
This case is excellent, not only because of its result, but mostly because of its sound analysis. It should serve as a template for courts not only here in the U.S. but in other countries as well.
Note: What a bitch! I'm sorry. If the facts of this case are stated correctly in this article, this father deserves 10 minutes alone in a room with this mother and grandmother, with one blunt object of his choice and no consequences guaranteed. Then she should be treated like any other sex offender.
It only goes to show you, truth is not a necessary component in The Age of the Victim. And "should" and "is" are two different things. And remember, these family court mob bosses are the same people who will rubber stamp their signatures on practically any piece of paper a social worker will put in front of them too. Perhaps the New Hampshire Supreme Court should take a look at some of those cases.

Although they did sugar coat the mother and grandmothers wrong doings they did side with the father correctly if indeed he never did these things. Although after being in family court I have to say truth is something missing and the children are the ones who suffer.
