Legislators in every jurisdiction should pass legislation to protect parents and children by giving them the RIGHT to openly record all conversations and meetings with child protection workers. This will put an end to much of the abuse of children and families by workers who abuse their power and authority in secret.

Child protection workers who do their jobs honestly and professionally should have nothing to fear from openly recording meetings. Yet, everyday, workers and CAS lawyers threaten parents who attempt to record openly.
