Man charged with rape of foster child is held on all charges
A former Pottstown man charged with raping a foster child in his care numerous times over the course of almost three years was held on all the charges after his preliminary hearing Tuesday.
Horace Buckingham, 57, who was charged in March with rape and sexual assault for allegedly assaulting a girl in his care as a foster child, was held for trial during his preliminary hearing Tuesday.
