Foster Mother In Lawsuit Was Arrested
A Jacksonville woman who cared for two foster children whose adoptive parents said were physically, sexually and mentally abused while in foster care was arrested in 2006 on charges of abusing another foster child in her custody, Channel 4 has learned.
