Family Sues Child Protective Services for Parental Rights Violations
A lawsuit has been filed Virginia Federal Court concerning violations of Parental Rights by a Virginia couple. Fred and Michelle Dinwiddie formerly of Giles County, Virginia have filed the lawsuit against 30 defendants regarding the removal of their children in March of 2008 for allegedly abusing and abandoning their children.

I have the same very similar issue.
I have been accused of abuse and shut down and gaged by supervised visitation while the father the abuser see his son.
I am also looking for a law firm to do the same for me and in addition I have social worker malpractice and negligence and harmful placements of my son as well
everthing is documented
