Wenatchee case: The woman at the center of a 1995 investigation says DSHS caused her years of suffering

Sixteen years after allegations of ritual sex abuse rocked Wenatchee, a Thurston County jury will begin deliberations today to decide whether the state was negligent in its treatment of a former foster child at the center of the 1995 investigation.
