Gallup’s wrongful termination case exposes court’s lack of compliance with state laws
A Family Court Services mediator, Emily Gallup, has filed a wrongful termination suit in federal court against her former employer, the Nevada County Superior Court. Gallup is represented by M. Catherine Jones, who previously served as Gallup's counsel in a successful grievance against the court.
