Gibson given probation in abuse dispute
Mel Gibson's fall from Oscar-winning movie stardom to villain has continued in a Los Angeles courthouse where he pleaded no contest to a spousal battery charge relating to a fight he had with former girlfriend, Russian songstress Oksana Grigorieva, last year in his Malibu mansion.
