Foster Parents don't like giving your kids back.

I would like to thank our beloved foster shrink over at Foster Parent Adventures for sharing this rather interesting link with her own commentary.

The last few posts has been about the anguish that a foster mother goes through when she has to give the kid back.

Boo hoo. It's a job. And such a job does not entitle you to our children.

4 hours until the hardest 24 hours of my life

She thought she was going to get to keep the kid, you see. And after months of listening to the nice social workers, she says, "I’m looking forward to her meeting Jacket’s Mom, if only for some validation of my reality that she’s totally crazy."

And here...

She displays her jealousy and a little resentment towards the real mother. Can you see it?
