DCF Should Work to Protect Children, Not Its Image
I watched with morbid fascination the censorship sideshow that played out in recent days in the “toxic truck” case. I had a special interest as a lawyer who represented Miami’s Channel 7 back in its NBC affiliate days, and was, more recently, one of several “special counsels” hired to upgrade the Florida Department of Children and Families’ (DCF) legal work.
