Tropicalia: Camp reunites separated foster siblings

Children in foster care would no doubt say that changes in scenery are not always happy events.

But when the new place is a campground in the woods - and the siblings they haven't seen since their placement in foster care are there as well - a new environment can be a very positive thing.

Note: I say they should stop separating siblings in foster care and put this person out of business.
