Shoreline foster father charged in rape of foster children
King County prosecutors have filed child rape charges against a Shoreline foster father.
Prosecutors contend Richard Jason Boothby admitted to sexually assaulting three children placed at his Shoreline home. According to the allegations, the abuse had been going on for nearly three years prior to Boothby's arrest last month.
