Raytown Man in 6-Year Battle for Custody of Son
A Raytown father has been fighting six years to get custody of his son. And no, this isn't a divorce case - in fact, the birth mother is his girlfriend and she too wants 34-year old Craig Lentz to have custody.
It's a case that involves a failed adoption, a horrible car wreck and an appeal before Missouri's highest court.
