Niagara legislators urge firing of state group home overseer
LOCKPORT—Angry with a lack of reform in how the state handles violent juvenile offenders, three Niagara County legislators are calling on Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo to fire the department head they deem responsible for the 2009 slaying of a counselor in a Lockport group home.
