Hi I just wanted to say that CPS seems to think it is a crime to have children when you have a disability. I am a mother of 4 who has fought with them because I have DEPRESSION! They have made our lives hell. I can tell you that I jumped through hoops and more hoops. My advice to anyone dealing with this is get someone to support you. Never meet with CPS alone and make them put expectations in writing or they will magically change on you. If you let them they will take away any power you have, make you doubt yourself and take your children. To me be Disabled does not mean unable.
