Foster baby stable as family fights to regain custody
A baby boy remains hospitalized with a skull fracture as fingers of blame are being pointed in different directions.
A day after 11-month-old Charlie Costa arrived at Broward General Medical Center, the baby's biological family is alleging the child has been abused, and they plan to fight to regain custody.
