Foster Kids Most at Risk of Online Predators
Beth Canfield has watched dozens of foster kids grow up in her Bremerton home. When she heard about the possible teen runaway killed at the Walmart in Port Orchard, it brought back some painful memories. In 1994, a 13 year-old boy Beth was fostering ran away and never came back.
