Caseloads Soar in NY
The numbers of cases handled by Essex County Child Protective Services is soaring, County Social Services Commissioner John O’Neill said recently.
He’s not sure why the caseload is rising but says it has created problems for them.
Note: I know why. It's because they're a bunch of overzealous child snatchers with the brains of a fruit fly, who couldn't tell the difference between child abuse and a hole in the ground.
