Wrong Person Picked To Lead DCF
Gov. M. Jodi Rell took heat from voters when she appointed Susan Hamilton, a lawyer, to lead the state Department of Children and Families. At that time it was probably thought that her legal experience might be helpful in solving DCF's ongoing problems. That failed to happen, and thankfully, we stayed under federal oversight.
