In 2004 my husband was put on probation. At that time we had a 1 year old son. He violated probation for smoking pot. His PO called CPS and they showed up at my door. They came and then they left, and I never heard anything again till I had my second child in 2005. They were back in my life again at that point. They put us on a case plan, and in the mean time tried to get them placed with a family member which was my father while we was doing our case plan. The Guardian at litem we had told my father that he could sell them on the black market to canada for 100,000 dollars. He also told them that my dad would have to adopt them to keep them in the family and that we would never be able to see them. They made us do hair follicle testing because they didnt believe that we was clean from pot. We passed. We completed parenting class with the highest certificates and we also completed our IOP classes for pot. We went to court they took our 2 and 1 year old from us for not having our place. Then in 0ctober of 2009 we had another child. Children services showed up again. They took the child right out of my arms at the hospital and said the foster parents that have her siblings want to adopt her too. We went through the same thing again, and it came down to us not having our own home. We cant afford our own house, so we stay with my father-in-law. We never met the foster parents the whole time. We have no clue who they are and the whole time no matter what we did they would tell us they are in a 500,000 dollar home, and these children are very adoptable and we already have people that want to adopt them. Our children loved us. the ex senator from georgia the one that got murdered recently. She was talking to us about writing a book about what we went through, because she knows that CPS is crooked and she stopped them in Georgia. She stopped what is going on here in Ohio in Stark County! when she was murdered it was just a few months after she talked to us about writing a book on us and put it out for the world to see. I hate CPS and someone needs to stop them from kidnapping little babies from people when there are people everywhere living on welfare and selling crack and they still have their children.
