Russia, US agree on adoption deal
US and Russian officials held another round of adoption talks on Saturday and agreed on all controversial issue, Russia’s Children Ombudsman Pavel Astakhov reports.
Note: Yeah, like Russia would ever really give up it's # 1 baby market.
