Protecting kids: Child welfare efforts lag in Michigan
Here's a priority Gov.-elect Rick Snyder likely didn't expect to be on the top of the stack when he takes over Jan. 1: The state's child welfare system is still failing, according to a federal monitor, and the new governor won't have a whole lot of time to fix it. Snyder's best approach would be to quickly build a working relationship with the monitor and the state judges and lawyers charged with protecting kids.
Why are the children of Michigan, being abuse by corrupt CPS and corrupt courts in Northern Michigan. This county is called Arenac county, Standish MI, my child is one of many that are being abuse by this system. My name is Shelly Cunningham and my daughters name is Asia NaCole James. As I speak right now my daughter is being abuse by this corrupt system and is sitting in jail in this corrupt county she just turn 17 and has been thrown in jail at lease 6 times. Corrupt CPS and Court system would rather throw are children in jail then send them home where they are love deeply, what is wrong with are system please tell.
