County worker suspended for allegedly damaging department vehicle
An Erie County Job and Family Services employee will receive a three-day unpaid suspension after damaging a department vehicle Oct. 27.
Florence Dyer is accused of causing $1,250 in damages to a county vehicle. The children's services worker struck a parked car while backing out of a driveway in the 200 block of Center St.
What about the car she hit? I'm just wondering since CPS doesn't have to pay for the damage they do to a persons' family are they also held unaccountable for damage they do to someone else's car?
