Update: Foster Dad Charged With Aggravated Statutory Rape
We're learning new details in the case of a foster parent charged with having sex with a 16 year old girl who was in his care. Batson's 15 page background check shows that he has never been in trouble with the law before, in any state. But now, he's in jail, with a $75,000 bond, charged with aggravated statutory rape by an authority figure. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office says its for the repeated sexual relations he had with the girl he was supposed to be looking after.
