Foster Children Restrictions on Activities

Even though the biological parents of foster children are responsible for their children's admission into foster care, the children are the ones who experience the drastic changes by living in a stranger's home. Foster children are wards of the state and therefore require strict guidelines for activities to protect the kids, and the state, from maltreatment. Just as with any system, there are set rules and guidelines established that are rigid and controlling yet serve the purpose of protection.
