She was taken in part because of association with Oath keepers (as is clear from the Court order, which adopted the CPS agent’s entire affidavit as the Court’s “findings of fact” and reasons for the order. Another “reason” given by CPS, and adopted by the Court in its “findings of fact”, was gun ownership.
