A teen who was once in foster care with the CAS tells about her experience of being medicated by CAS when she did not need it. She also tells about how she was put into an environment of bad kids in CAS group homes kind of like putting a good apple into a basket of bad apples. Everyone knows of course that CAS agencies get more money from the Province of Ontario when teens are placed on drugs.
