This is why PAIN FASO and FACT continue the campaign against the injustice of some enhanced CRB disclosures.
Even though some individuals have been acquitted via the Crown courts in alleged accusations of child, and have been vindicated by the family courts, the allegation remains on a document supplied by the criminal records bureau, preventing them from working with children or young people for life a gross injustice of civil liberties and human rights.
