A girl can be sued over accusations she ran over an elderly woman with her training bicycle when she was 4 years old, a New York Supreme Court justice has ruled.

Since the plaintiff died (plaintiff by virtue of her heirs suing) this must be a wrongful death suit. That's quite interesteing considering the defendant is a very small child.
It will be interesting to see the court procedures on this one.
It is, of course, a terrible tragedy but the question is, did this young child actually cause the death of the plaintiff?
