Whenever you complain TO the CPS ABOUT the CPS you always get a nice letter that has absolutely NO basis in reality. Case in point here. . .

ButterflyQT said...: It's hard to know when you can complain...if you can trust that worker or not...we complained to a worker at a different office than the one we had the problems with, and all we were told was that they didn't have access or authorization to look into the file from the other office, due to the fact that it was initiated at that other office....another line of BS in my books.; 8:15 PM
