Fixing foster care the goal of campaign



A campaign is working to improve the foster care system across the United States. Daniel Heimpel, Project Director of Fostering Media Connections came to 22News on Thursday morning to explain their ideas.

Note: I got a few ideas too. How about stop stealing our children, for one.
