Father files wrongful death lawsuit in drowning of son
The father of a 5-month-old boy who was drowned by his mentally ill mother in October 2007 has filed a lawsuit against the county, state, Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare and LaCausa Inc. The suit alleges wrongful death and a violation of the 14th Amendment, which says government entities can't deprive citizens of life, liberty or property without due process.
