Judge rules against adoptive family for Toledo-born boy

A story out of Indiana with ties to Toledo is sparking a national debate.

A three-year-old boy who was born in the Toledo area was adopted by an Indiana family just days later. Now his adoptive parents say an Ohio supreme court decision will rip him from the only family he's known.
