I used to believe people who had a ppo on them must deserve it because certainly a judge would not oreder one with little or no evidence but that was before it happened to me. The people fostering my grandchildren put out one on me because I asked outside the court room how his buisness is doing. I guess that's pretty threatning when its failing.
