It is foolish to threaten social workers but on the other hand, one can understand how that man must have felt after finding out that his daughters were taken. Threatening gives the other a chance to know what you are thinking, so instead what you should do is take action first, and then explain why you did it. In the case of social workers, police, judges, and other flunkies involved in taken [stealing] kids from loving parents, they are criminals working for much bigger criminals to whom they are subordinated, and must pay according to their crimes. If killing them is what their actions call for, then that's what must be done BEFORE threatening them. Kill them first and then tell whay you did it. You may or may not agree with this, but it is the ONLY resource people have in view of the crimes being "legally" perpetrated against us the common people.
