Justice denied by court delays
The worsening logjam in B.C. provincial courts is having disastrous consequences. Children are separated from parents, often in a succession of foster homes, simply because there aren't enough judges to hear child protection cases. People charged with serious crimes are set free without facing trial for the same reason.
