Horrific sexual abuse allegations leveled at foster father
An arrest warrant detail a horrific sexual abuse allegedly experienced by two children at the hands of their foster father. As a result, Bexar County deputies arrested Luis Arnaldo Baez Monday on two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He is in the Bexar County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.
