Foster children aren't reunited with families fast enough, report finds
While the safety of Milwaukee County children removed from their homes because of abuse or neglect improved during the first half of 2010 and the number removed from their families declined, the state-run Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare is failing to reunite those children with their families in a timely manner, according a state report released Friday.
