DHS worker fired, arrested for fraud
A former Department of Human Services employee was arrested Wednesday and charged with three felonies for abusing state funds. Until she was fired in January, Natasha Phose worked at the Kent County DHS office, 415 Franklin St. SE, in the office that distributes cash and food assistance to those who need it.
