Appeals court: Florida ban on gay adoption unconstitutional
An appeals court threw out the state's ban on gay adoptions as unconstitutional, and state leaders announced they will no longer enforce the measure.
Note: I know what's going on here. Florida lost out to Texas this year in the Great Adoption Bonus Race. This decision opens up a whole new market.
With a decision like this, I'll bet you dollars to donuts that Florida wipes the floor with Texas next year.
