Social worker loses child porn appeal

A social worker who claimed he searched for child pornography on the internet as part of his job has lost an appeal against his sentence.

35-year-old Geoffrey Neil Phillips was convicted of accessing child pornography and released on a $1 thousand good behaviour bond after admitting to viewing 34 images on a website.
