First, if they are using those on the Sex Offender Registry as a definition for pedophile, then they are misleading you. While pedophiles are obviously sex offenders; sex offenders, at least the vast majority on the registry are not necessarily pedophiles. They may be your 17 yr. old who had sex w/ his 16 yr. old girl friend, or uncle Bob who urinated on the side of the road because of a week bladder. Or your nephew who got caught streaking at college, or your sister who downloaded some porn, or your daughter who got caught sexting. Like finding a needle in a hay stack? Well keep asking your politicians to keep increasing the size of the hay stack, that will make it easier.
