I sat in the Court of Law No. 1 audience today as an observer (the only one) to a case involving a beautiful 20-year-old mother fighting to get back custody of her 2-year-old daughter. She is fighting against foster parents who at one time in a CPS case had temporary authority/custody over the girl. To make a long story short, Judge Greg Wilhelm will issue a ruling no later than 5 p.m. Friday in this case.
