Foster mom accused of child abuse; judge questions her competency

North Las Vegas, NV- The preliminary hearing for a North Las Vegas woman accused of abusing two foster kids in her care was set to begin today. But the judge decided to postpone the case, after he considered the defendant's behavior to be extremely odd.
