Foster Care Trouble For Gulf War Vet

For the past three years, Jeff Thomas has more than enjoyed his role as a foster parent. He has opened up his home to six children in need. But in January, the Gulf War veteran says he was shocked when social services took all the children away and told his family they couldn't participate in foster care anymore.
