Oswego County DSS learning hard lessons
If numbers stay consistent, the Oswego County Department of Social Services is on track to handle a record number of child protective reports this year. Also, its commissioner says the department is better equipped to handle the work now because of changes made in the wake of Erin Maxwell's death two years ago.
