Online Registry could treat Animal Abusers like Sex Offenders
Animal abusers may soon be treated like sex offenders in California. The state is considering an animal abuse registry.

If this keeps up, soon people who miss an oil change will be on the vehicle abuse registry.
If you've never heard... hurting small animals can be a major sign of mental problems and give hints of someone who MAY BECOME a killer, an abuser, or have an anger problem that might be out of control. Hurting animals purposely is absolutely sick and if you have anything to say that is AGAINST treating these people differently then you're sick. They need to be treated delicately and monitored for public safety. The public has a right to know if someone is freak enough to think hurting animals is okay, or even worse, fun.
Nobody would make vehicle abuse registry that's just stupid....
