Man pleads guilty to sexual abuse
A former Hedsgesville man accused of molesting two foster children under his care pleaded guilty Thursday by way of information to four counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
Michael Alan Chipley, 45, of Frederick, Md., subsequently was sentenced to one to five years in prison on each count by Circuit Court Judge Gina Groh.
