Thank you for sharing this. I personally know of a case where the young father was accused, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the child. She had been taken to the ER after choking. The doctor got it in his head the father had shook the baby when it was choking. The Att'y advised the young man to plead GUILTY as he said the doctor was out to get him.
I saw the child the day of the trial, beautiful little girl, all smiles and beginning to walk. To this day, no ill effects as there was not then.
Thank you for letting me get this off my chest. I am very angry, though I am in no way related or even know the couple well.
