Foster Mom Found Guilty of Stealing Toys From Tots
A woman accused of hoarding and selling thousands of donated toys intended for San Diego kids was found guilty of grand theft on Friday
Virginia Kelly, 75, was charged with grand theft and embezzlement for allegedly hoarding toys meant for Toys for Tots, the Child Abuse Prevention Foundation, and several other non-profit organizations.
